You can either place the order yourself direct or one of our sales representatives can process it on your behalf with your permission over the phone. The site serves as a multi solution facility for both consumers direct and our internal sales team.

We will manage your order immediately once it has been made either by yourself or a third party on your behalf. Your contract is held and created by the plan provider you have gone forward with.

To redeem the discount online, please enter the promotions code at the Checkout. Discounts and promotions online are only valid for orders within the UK. We will send you a receipt of your order in an email. Please read and check the details carefully to make sure that they are correct. You will also receive communication from your chosen Pre Paid funeral supplier within 7 days. They will normally send paperwork to you within 5 working days.
If the details are not right, or if you need any help, please contact us our Customer Services team on 0330 113 1582 from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Or email the Customer Services Team. We will need to know any changes to your details before we send your order or it may be delayed.
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery if you are not there to collect your order when it arrives. It is your responsibility to tell Royal Mail , our courier company, to arrange re-delivery or collection of paper work. This product is service based so you will receive no actually physical product other than confirmation that the pre paid funeral plan is arranged.
